The best medical university in Pakistan is Agha Khan University. It was founded in 1983 by Prince Aga Khan. The primary campus is in Karachi, although there are others located in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, the United Kingdom, and Afghanistan.It is Pakistan’s top university, and it is also regarded as the 185th best medical university in Asia.
A five-year Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) curriculum is offered at the Medical College. Without regard to gender, religion, ethnicity, creed, colour, or domicile, the programme is available to all academically eligible candidates. Students from all over Pakistan and the world are eligible to apply. Quotas, allocated seats, or admissions based on donations do not exist. Candidates from all over the world can apply for merit-based admissions.

Our merit-based, transparent admissions procedure and needs-based financial aid programme aim to ensure that a diverse group of high-achieving students can enrol in AKU’s programmes.
Admissions are granted solely on the basis of academic achievement. An admission exam and an interview are used to evaluate applicants. Students are evaluated on their academic and scholastic achievements, co-curricular activities, and leadership potential for the overall selection.
Take at least 60% in the HSC pre-medical examination to apply for undergraduate admission, following which the university will conduct an entrance test. Your name will not appear on the merit list if you do not pass the admissions test.
