Army Public Schools and Colleges (APSACS) are semi-private educational institutions affiliated with Islamabad’s Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. The majority of the curriculum is taught in English in English-medium schools. However, because Urdu is the national language of Pakistan and the country’s laws are based on Islamic beliefs, Urdu literature and grammar, as well as Islamic studies, are taught in schools. The Army Public Schools and Colleges System (or APSACS) is a Pakistani educational institution with branches in all five provinces. There are a total of 217 branches throughout the country. They are further subdivided into 11 regions.
The Army Public Schools and Colleges System Secretariat acts as a central unifying body, ensuring uniformity and standardisation among Army Public Schools and Colleges branches throughout Pakistan. The Secretariat assists the system with academic planning, staff development, and training. Its mission is to transform Army Public Schools and Colleges into a leading education system that is completely standardised and capable of providing child-friendly futuristic learning and quality education at an affordable cost.
